Cross-cutting
The highly automated cross-cutting system is able to produce large quantities of cross-cut profiles ready for lining. The flexibility and speed of this system lets us work with profiles of different widths and lengths every day without slowing production.
LINING
Various technologically advanced lining systems ensure that orders are promptly filled without neglecting continuous quality controls on processed profiles.
We line veneered hardwood or single layered melamine with phenolic glued fir and birch supports or mdf (Medium Density Fibreboard).
Our moulding and lining systems let us quickly change machine settings for flexible profile deliveries.
Sanding
Hardwood profiles undergo two sanding processes to obtain excellent surface results after the painting process.
Painting
To meet increasingly demanding painting and finish specifications, we use a painting systems which, in addition to producing large quantities of the same shaped profile, can paint small amounts of different shades and shapes, flexibly and immediately satisfying customer requests. The system can paint with both solvent-based paints and acrylic UV water-based paints and all finishes (oil painting, bleaching, stripping, antiquing) are fully completed in our factory.
Packaging
The brand new highly automated and robotic packaging system packages profiles with traditional stretch film and hard cardboard, thus guaranteeing constant colour uniformity from production to installation for woods more subject to oxidation. Profiles are singularly marked in this system with the production lot for immediate product traceability. Upon request, we can create personalised packaging with customer specific logos and drawings.
